All possible data from a client is documented. Due to several limitations like client's health, financial position, many tests could not be performed. Also, CT Scan, MRI, Contrast CT/MRI all poses risks to the patients, and we don't insist firmly. If the client has the data, we do collect a copy of it after they agree to share it.

Each client is different from other, and hence we don't follow one scale for all. Each person is evaluated and suggestions made.
